What do we do for you?
We file the claim for you if you haven’t done so already. In the event that you’ve already filed, we make the carrier aware that we are the adjusters that are responsible for your claim. From that point, any and all contact and negotiations with you will be handled through our experienced staff.
The insurance adjuster and our adjusters arrange a meeting at the property site of damage to assess the conditions of the loss. If the adjuster has done this already, we devise our estimate and schedule a time to return with him to the site to conduct an assessment together.
Once the meeting has occurred, negotiations and discussions resume via phone in an effort to reach a reasonable settlement. This sometimes requires additional visits to the damaged property, and sometimes a neutral party may be used to assess an appraisal as well. We represent you at all meetings and your presence is not required.
Once a settlement has been negotiated, a review and approval by you finalizes the settlement.
